Muscle building exposed muscle myths

If there is one thing which is abundant in the muscles today, the building industry, is false information. Most of the muscle building tips and techniques there today requires that you use productX and supplementY. The truth is that most of these techniques and muscle building advice have been incorporated to sell you products that don't work. If you look at 95% of the products out there that claim to build all kinds of muscle, you will notice that most of them is no more than the hype supported by a marketing campaign. Here are 5 of the most famous muscle building myths exposed.
(1) Nutritional supplements to build Muscle
It is completely false before all these supplements are released on the market and bodybuilding was just beginning, people gain muscle with only good nutrition, exercise and sleep. Only 3 ingredients that are necessary for muscle building. All supplements do is work with your exercise and nutrition to help accelerate your muscle, capacity-building. The frightening part which is most, if not all supplements will be only on a difference of 2 or 3%. That's all.
(2) Genetic will prevent you muscle building
Your genetics believe it or not have very little to do with your ability to build muscle. I do not say that most skinny guys won't have to work a little harder than others, but the excuse of genetically challenged is nothing more than the excuse of the lazy man for margin. If you put the effort needed to build muscle with your genetics you could build you a very impressive muscular body.
(Sculpture 3) or muscle tone
Believe it or not, it is absolutely impossible to tone or sculpt a muscle. You genetic be this that decide the shape and appearance of your muscles. This muscle definition depends on the amount of body fat that surround it. Your body is able to build or to lose muscle and gain or lose body fat. There is no special exercises designed to build muscle, and there is no special exercises that will define your muscles.
(4) Shock your Muscles into growth
I learned about this myth, a year ago, and I am completely embarrassed that I used this preaching to others, and to use it myself as well. The truth is that muscles include only 1 thing and that is the movement. Muscles do not have a brain and they have no eyes that can keep track of who has your practice and you reward, because you used an exercise that you're not accustomed. Muscles will grow only if they work more difficult that they are used to matter what exercise you use.
